Roberta Lindsey, age 68, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on Monday, June 21, 2010. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Mrs. Lindsey is preceded in death by her husband, William E. Lindsey.
She is survived by her son, Roger A. Lindsey; daughter, Debra R. Compton; grandchildren, Preston Shane Tollison, Brandon S. Tollison, and Alan Lindsey.
Mrs. Lindsey was a homemaker for several years before becoming disabled. She was a sweet hearted person who never met a stranger and would do anything she could to help you. She loved her children and grandchildren and her dog, Cocoa, dearly.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Breast Cancer Society.
Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City is in charge of the arrangements.
