Services for Vernon Roger Brasher, age 66, of Leeds, Alabama were held on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at the Kilgroe Funeral Home Chapel.
Mr. Brasher passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2010.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Claude Cecil and Ovena Brasher; sister, Jeannette Brasher; and brothers, Willie R. and Claude Troy Brasher.
Mr. Brasher is survived by his wife of 24 years, Virginia Brasher; daughter, Mashell B. Mann; brother, Charles Ross Brasher (Hazel); and grandchildren, Kristi M. Mann and Joshua L. Mann.
He was a truck driver for 39 years and was baptized at the Church of God of Prophecy in Grayson Valley.
Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds directed the services.
