A celebration of the life of Robert E. Adams, age 42, of Vestavia Hills, Alabama was held on Wednesday, May 26, 2010, at St. Mark United Methodist Church.
Mr. Adams passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2010.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years Paula Adams; two children, Hannah and Noah Adams; mother, Barbara Adams, two sisters, Juanita Rowell (William) and Lisa Torres; two brothers, Marcus Adams and Danny Adams (Lisa); several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Mr. Adams was a member of Saint Mark United Methodist Church where he was very involved in the Missions program as well as many other programs at the church. He was employed by CMC Americas Steel and was a graduate of UAB. Robert was an avid Alabama football fan. He was a loving husband and a devoted father and dear friend to many. Robert will be sorely missed by all.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to an education fund for Hannah and Noah. Contributions can be made at any area Regions location.
Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home in Hoover directed the services.
