PELL CITY —

After a shooting on Saturday, a woman from St. Clair County is being charged with manslaughter. St. Clair police officials believe the death to be part of a domestic incident.

Candice Buckhanon, 26, was arrested on Saturday after her boyfriend was found dead at his home on Logan Martin Dam Road. St. Clair County Coroner Dennis Russell confirmed that the boyfriend, Allan Jordan died around 3 a.m.  Russell also stated that the body was sent to forensics in Huntsville for an autopsy, and the death was ruled a homicide.
